1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
  • You must provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation email.
  • Returns must be initiated within 10 days of the delivery date.

Please note that for hygiene and safety reasons, used or opened vape products are not eligible for return or refund.

2. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Opened or partially used vape pens and cartridges.
  • Gift vouchers and promotional items.
  • Products purchased during flash sales or clearance events (unless defective).

3. Initiating a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Obtain Authorization

Our team will provide a Return Authorization Number (RAN) if your item is eligible for return.

  1. Package the Item Securely

Ensure items are returned in their original packaging to avoid damage during transit. Include your proof of purchase and the RAN.

Returns must be sent to the address provided along with the RAN. Please note that return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

4. Refund Processing

  • Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item to verify it meets the return conditions.
  • Refunds for eligible items will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval of the return.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item).

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  • Notify Us Within 48 Hours

Contact us immediately with photos of the damage or defect at support@thcvapeshop.co.uk.

  • Eligible cases can be resolved through a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.

6. Exceptions

  • Perishable items such as e-liquids may not be eligible for return unless proven defective or sent in error.
  • Returns outside the 14-day return window are not accepted unless exceptional circumstances apply.

7. Customer Responsibilities

It is the customer’s responsibility to:

  • Use trackable postage when sending returns, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
  • Ensure items are packaged securely to prevent damage.
