1. Due to past experiences with package handling, package delivery, financial and regulatory penalties from possession and use of products obtained from our shop , we have set up a THC VAPE SHOP Insurance Policy (TVS INSURANCE POLICY) to address these feuds.
2. As of the 01/01/2025, THC Vape Shop UK does not ship out orders that have not been Insured. Insurance-backed orders offer reassurance of security, quality and accountability, fostering trust in an emerging cannabis market. Without insurance, a single incident could bankrupt a business or a consumer, thus eroding customer confidence. In an industry marked by rapid growth and regulatory scrutiny, insurance is a vital investment to mitigate risks, ensure operational continuity, and protect customers.
3. During check out you agreed to our website’s purchase terms and conditions, which means your order will be processed according to THC Vape Shop UK’s terms and conditions. For customers, a mandatory one time fully refundable Package Insurance fee of £100 is required before we organize delivery. This is not extra expenditure, but security for purchase and delivery as explained in point 2 above and the £100 will be refunded to the customer on delivery alongside their package.
How does the Package Insurance address the problems we experienced with past shipments?
-It protects the customer against lost, damaged or stolen packages. If your insured package is lost, damaged or stolen during delivery, our shop will either refund your money in full or reship the items at no extra cost
-It protects the customer against seized packages. Abrupt checks by law enforcements have seen many packages seized. In the case of a seizure, we will either refund you the amount paid for the items or reship the items at no extra cost.
-It protects the customer against regulatory and financial penalties. Customers have lost huge sums of money in regulator and financial penalties from possession and use of products obtained from our shop. In such a situation of regulatory or financial penalties, we will bear the burden at no extra cost to the customer.
All these measures have been put in place to ensure safe purchase and safe delivery of your products.
4. How is the refund done? The TVS Insurance document has a refunds section reserved for customer. Once you have been issued the TVS Insurance document, fill in the required information on how you will like to have the £100 refunded. For refunds via bank transfer, please include your account details.
5. How is this TVS Insurance document obtained? If you are purchasing products from our shop for the first time, ask for the bank details set aside for the TVS Insurance and make your payment of £100. Send us proof of payment of £100 so that we confirm and process your TVS Insurance document.
If you are a returning customer, you do not need to pay the £100 Insurance fee again. The TVS Insurance document issued to you during your first order covers all your future purchases from THC Vape Shop UK. Just email us a copy of the document if you already have.
