This Shipping and Delivery Policy outlines the key details of our shipping processes, including available methods, delivery timelines, costs, and procedures for handling lost or damaged items. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms of this policy.
1. Shipping Methods and Delivery Options
We partner with reliable courier services to ensure your products are delivered safely. You can choose from the following shipping options during checkout:
- Standard Delivery (2-3 business days): Affordable option for non-urgent orders.
- Express Delivery (1-2 business days): For those who need their orders quickly.
Delivery times exclude public holidays, weekends, and unforeseen delays beyond our control (e.g., courier strikes or severe weather conditions).
2. Delivery Costs
Shipping fees vary based on the delivery option selected, the weight of the package, and the destination address. Accurate shipping costs will be displayed during the checkout process.
- Standard Delivery starts at £4.99.
- Express Delivery starts at £9.99.
Orders over £200 are eligible for free Express Delivery.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this number to monitor the delivery status of your package directly on the courier’s website.
4. Handling and Processing Times
We aim to process and dispatch all orders within a few hours days of receiving payment. Orders placed before 5 PM on business days will be dispatched the same day.
During peak periods (sales, holidays, etc.), processing times may be slightly longer. Please allow additional time for your order to be prepared and shipped.
5. Domestic Shipping
We currently ship orders to all regions within the United Kingdom, including Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, and remote areas. Delivery times may be longer for remote locations.
6. International Shipping
At this time, THC Vape Shop UK does not offer international shipping. Orders can only be fulfilled and delivered to addresses within the United Kingdom.
7. Lost or Damaged Items
We take great care in packaging our products securely; however, unforeseen circumstances may occasionally result in lost or damaged items.
7.1 Lost Orders
If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery window, please contact us immediately. We will investigate the issue with the courier and, where applicable, provide a replacement or refund.
7.2 Damaged Items
Should you receive damaged items, email us at support@thcvapeshopuk.com with details of the damage and include clear photos of the affected product and packaging. Reports of damaged items must be filed within 48 hours of delivery.
Upon review, we will issue a replacement or refund, depending on stock availability.
8. Address Accuracy
It is your responsibility to provide accurate and complete delivery information at the time of placing the order. THC Vape Shop UK is not liable for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If you realize an error in your shipping address after placing the order, contact us immediately. While we will make every effort to update the address, changes cannot be guaranteed once the order has been processed for dispatch.
9. Returns Due to Failed Delivery
If an order is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts (e.g., incorrect address, lack of recipient availability), we will notify you. Customers are responsible for any additional shipping fees needed to re-dispatch the package.
