Welcome to THC Vape Shop UK. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our website and services. By placing an order or accessing our site, you confirm that you accept these terms. Please read them carefully before using our services.

• As of the 01/01/2025, THC Vape Shop UK does not ship out orders without customers presenting a Valid MTI Insurance document. This factsheet provides guidance on the domestic control measures, including licensing and exemptions applicable to cannabis, cannabidiol (CBD & THC) and controlled cannabinoids under drugs legislation (namely, the Misuse of Drugs Act 1971 and associated secondary legislation).
• The cost price of the MTI Insurance factsheet is a Refundable Amount of GBP £300, paid by the customer. After your payment of GBP £300, THC Vape Shop UK will issue you the Insurance Factsheet Document. Present a copy of this document to the courier bloke on delivery so that you can have your GBP £300 refunded. Also, indicate how you will like to have your money refunded. Could be in cash or bank transfer on delivery.
• This is a one time payment for your first order. You will never again be asked to pay for this document once you have your copy. This is intended as general guidance relating to controlled drugs or their derivatives (CBD and THC). It is not legal advice. This factsheet does not provide guidance on regulatory or legal requirements applicable under other (non-drugs) regimes such as medicines or foods. Any customer who does not have this document is subject to the law if found in possession of this Class B controlled drug or it’s derivatives. -If an insured package does not reach it’s destination, or if it is damaged in the course of delivery, the customer is reimbursed the declared value of the items in the package by (THC Vape Shop UK) + the MTI Insurance factsheet fee of GBP £300. – If an insured package reaches its destination with no damages, then the customer is refunded the amount paid for the MHRA THC Insurance factsheet GBP £300

  • Payments must be made at the time of purchase via accepted methods (e.g., bitcoin, bank transfer or gift cards).
  • We use secure payment processors to protect your data. However, we are not responsible for payment gateway errors or delays.
  • If payment is not successfully processed, we reserve the right to cancel your order.

4. Limitation of Liability

    • Errors or omissions in product descriptions or other content on our website. Our liability is limited to the cost of the purchased product in question. We do not accept liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
